I Have grown and managed the VML Experience Design (XD) Team from 20 to 250+ across North America and Global teams. Oversaw multiple XD Teams handling digital products and experiences across nearly $1B in annual revenue. Achieved exeptional success in winning new business for many clients incluinding Ford, Abbott, Electrolux, Korean Air and Suntory.

Led brand management, digital products, experiences, and transformation initiatives for brands including Ford, Mazda, Suntory, Abbott, Colgate-Palmolive, Hills Pet, Korean Air, Sprint, Electrolux, MasterCard, Whole Foods, ANA, Bridgestone, Lutron, Sherwin-Williams, and Carlson Hotels.
