About detroit Experience Studio
Detroit Experience Studio (DES) is the space for Black and brown youth in Detroit to maximize their creative potential and transform the advertising industry.
DES offers a free, 10-week immersive program where students explore creative careers, build foundational skills in marketing, advertising, and design, all while gaining real-life experience. Transportation, technology, meals, and a stipend are all included!
DES is generously supported by the WPP Racial Equity grant and VML, in partnership with half a dozen WPP agencies.
DES welcomed its first students on WPP's Detroit Campus on Oct. 25, 2022, and we are now in our fifth cohort!
